Sophistication and refinement have creatively transformed Bahamian dishes earning Graycliff Restaurant an international reputation for fine Bahamian cuisine. Your experience at Graycliff Restaurant begins in the parlour with its high ceilings and tranquil feeling. Within moments of sinking into one of the sofas, one of the bar waiters will arrive with your favourite cocktail. After perusing the menu and placed your dinner order, you are then escorted to your table to enjoy your meal.
The restaurant has four air-conditioned dining rooms and a garden dining area. Each room has a special allusion to the era when Graycliff was a private home from the Library to the Gallery, where the family would retire after dinner to play cards. After your meal, you are invited to once again relax and enjoy the rest of your evening with an after-dinner cognac or cigar.
