The five-star Graycliff hotel and restaurant offers wedding packages to suit a variety of tastes, from the simple but elegant, to the joyously pampered celebrations that bring friends and family together.
Bridal couples may design their own celebration, or choose from one of the packages offered by Graycliff. The hotel’s wedding co-coordinator is expert at setting up events with special attention to detail, taking care of the smallest requests and guiding the couple towards a very successful wedding ceremony and reception. Just Marry Me!
A quietly elegant ceremony on the lovely grounds of Graycliff, Just Marry Me!, includes the services of Graycliff’s Personal Wedding Coordinator, a Minister to perform the ceremony, a tropical bouquet for the bride and a boutonniere for the groom, marriage documents, and the site and setup fee.
“Love Me Tender”
A small but exquisite ceremony among Graycliff’s lush tropical gardens, or poolside, or indoors, “Love Me Tender” includes the services of Graycliff’s Personal Wedding Coordinator, a Minister to officiate at the wedding, a tropical bouquet for the bride, a boutonniere for the groom, a one-tier wedding cake, a bottle of champagne, one night’s stay in the Honeymoon Suite, a 36-photo album of the event (with negatives and/or CD), marriage documents and the site fee and setup.
“Love Me True”
An equally attractive ceremony as the previous package, but with an added measure of romance and special memories, “Love Me True” provides the services of the hotel’s Personal Wedding Coordinator, Minister to perform the ceremony, a tropical bouquet for the bride and boutonniere for the groom, a two-tier wedding cake and a bottle of champagne, a soloist for the ceremony, one night’s stay in the Honeymoon Suite and Continental Breakfast, photographer for two hours who will provide a 72-photo album (with negatives and CD) plus a 2-hour video of the event, marriage documents and site and setup fee.
Forever My Love!
A memorable celebration of the couple’s first step in their lives together, Forever My Love! ” starts with the services of Graycliff’s Personal Wedding Coordinator and goes on to a day of pampering for the bride with hairstyling, make-up and manicure in her room. The package includes a Minister to officiate at the wedding, a tropical bouquet for the bride and a boutonniere for the groom, a three-tier wedding cake, a violinist or flutist for the ceremony, a videographer for two hours, a photographer for two hours who will provide a 72-photo album of the event (with negatives and CD), a 1-hour cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres for up to 35 guests and a Bahamian calypso or a Jazz band, one night’s stay in the Honeymoon Suite with Continental breakfast, marriage documents and the site and setup fee.
The Graycliff Wedding Celebration
This day to remember, planned with the careful attention of Graycliff’s Personal Wedding Coordinator, begins with pampering the bride with a manicure, hairstyling and make-up session in her room. The Graycliff Wedding Celebration steps out with a violinist for the ceremony, a Minister to officiate at the ceremony, a tropical bouquet for the bride and a boutonniere for the groom, a one-hour cocktail reception with butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, a three-tier wedding cake, a keyboard soloist for the reception and dinner for up to 40 guests with a two-hour open bar during dinner. A Bahamian calypso or Jazz band provides added entertainment for three hours and a fire/limbo dancer and Junkanoo Rush Out Celebration bring excitement and fun to the gathering. The ceremony and the celebration following are covered by a videographer for three hours and a 72-photograph album with a CD hold the memories of the happy occasion. The package includes a one-night stay in the Graycliff Suite, Champagne and Fruit welcome with Continental breakfast the next morning. Graycliff will provide two round-trip shuttles for the bridal party and guests as part of the Wedding Celebration package.
Graycliff Hotel offers additional stays in their Honeymoon Suite to bridal couples at special rates. All packages can be customized to suit the bridal couple’s tastes or a special celebration can be constructed to suit their needs.

Honeymoon Package
Graycliff Hotel welcomes all honeymooning guests with a special Five Star treatment. “We want to make this special time in the lives of our honeymooning guests very memorable,” says Enrico Garzaroli, Chairman and CEO. “We are honored that they’ve taken the first step by choosing Graycliff, so we put on our best show with a welcome bottle of champagne, a specially selected gift for the happy couple and space being available, we’ll upgrade them to the next category of room. There is no extra cost to the guests. It is our pleasure to extend them this courtesy. ”
Graycliff’s Honeymoon Offer has no expiration date. All that is required is that hotel should be advised of the honeymoon booking and guests need to bring with them a copy of their wedding license which should be dated within 12 months of their stay at Graycliff. This promotion may be withdrawn or changed without notice.
